It is close to Platea Madrid, an exclusive gourmet market located in a former theatre and just at Plaza de ColĂłn, you will find the National Archaeological Museum, where there are artworks and prehistoric relics from the Iberian Peninsula.
It is excellently connected to other important areas of the city thanks to Madrid's transport network, just a few metres away you will find Lista and Goya metro stations.
