It is located in the central Salamanca district, a glamorous neighbourhood with grand 19th century avenues lined with fine dining restaurants and designer boutiques, known as the "Golden Mile of Madrid". It is close to Platea Madrid, an exclusive gourmet market located in a former theatre and just off the Plaza de Colón, you will find the National Archaeological Museum, where there are works of art and prehistoric relics from the Iberian Peninsula.
It is well connected to other important areas of the city thanks to Madrid's transport network, just a few metres away you will find the metro station of Lista and Goya.
The flat has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bright and cosy living room has a double sofa bed and has a small terrace to enjoy the wonderful views of one of the best neighbourhoods in the capital.
